For now we only accept Direct bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal and Credit Card (Stripe).

Items will be prepared and shipped in 1-2 days, After that, the indicative delivery time is 4-10 working days. Please keep in mind that during the holidays, this time may vary.

Please contact us immediately at support@surtoys.com and we will make the change for you.

The packaging is for protection purposes during transit only. Therefore we are unable to arrange a replacement packaging.
