Return and Refunds
You’ve up to 28 days after DELIVERY to return goods. 14 days to cancel, 14 days after cancellation to return the item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. If you wanting to return your item please email us.
If the product arrived damaged, a claim must be brought to our attention within 5 working days of receiving the product. To complete your return, we will require your order number. Please contact us for return address details and keep hold of your receipt.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
The refund is for the goods AND delivery charge. Though if you chose faster delivery you only get the basic cost back.
Sale items (if applicable)
If a product purchased in a sale is to be returned to us, only the sale price will be refunded to you even if the product is no longer a sale item.
