Where do we ship?

Items offered on our website are  available for delivery to addresses in Asia and America. Any shipments outside of Asia and America are not available at this moment.

How long does shipping take?

Items will be prepared and shipped in 1-2 days, after the payment has been received. The delivery time of the shipment is depends on the destination. Detailed info about the delivery time can be found HERE. If you cant wait this long, you can always contact us for express service, before ordering.

How much is shipping?

The price of the shipment is based on the shipping service (Fedex e-commerce, FedEx priority), delivery address and total weight of the order. Detailed info about the shipping cost wiht FedEx E-Commerce can be found HERE.

How can i track my order?

We will sent the tracking number, if available, tot he given email at the order process. You will receive the tracking number from the shipping company Fed-Ex.

Items damaged during delivery?

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@surtoys.com.
